HOW TO USE MY NOTALUMIA?

NOTALUMIA is so easy to use. Please remove the double-sided protective film of the acrylic board before use. Write or draw what you need on the acrylic board using the provided pens, adjust the angle of the tripod and put the note board on the tripod. The writings can be erased with soft microfiber cloth.

Tips: After drawing the pattern, you can use a dry fiber cloth to wipe it within 10 minutes. If it takes a long time, please use a wet fiber cloth to wipe it first, and then use a dry fiber cloth to wipe it, and you can wipe it very clean.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDERED PACKAGE?

We offer free shipping yet we strive to give you satisfaction in shipping time. Please refer to the table below for approximative shipping time*. Allow us 1 to 3 days proccesing your order. We then email the tracking number to you. If you have any other questions related to shipping, please make sure you read our Shipping Policy.

MY PACKAGE HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT DO I DO?

If your package hasn’t arrived, please contact us. We are here to help you. You may be elligible for reissue or refund . Please make sure you have read our Refund&Return Policy.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can safely pay , we use the lastest payment gateway powerd by STRIPE.

HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally before the order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it and then contact us to arrange a return and refund (you will be responsible for the return shipping costs). Please see our refund policy for more information.

CAN I BUY ARNOTES IN BULK/LOGO CUSTOMIZED?

Please contact our sales HERE. We can certainly respond to specific needs on our products. Please only keep in mind that bulk and/or logo customized order takes longer time to process, ship and deliver; therefore does not follow the regular approximate delivery time mentionned above.
